Fast Food Is Defined As Food That Is Low In Nutritional

Fast food is defined as food that is low in nutritional value and prepared quickly and in large quantities. Fast food advertisements can be seen all over the world and readily available to most of the world s population. Fast food also falls under scrutiny, being the number one cause of childhood obesity and largely connected to many of the world s leading causes of health related illnesses. Even though fast food causes a large number of negative effects on the body, 50 million Americans are buying fast food products every day (Statistic Brain). The health facts are available to the consumer and you can obtain nutrition facts from the fast food establishment in their stores.
